Refunds & Returns
 
*All sales are final. There are no Returns, Refunds, exchanges, etc.
- Make sure you know what your are ordering and that it is the item
 that you want before finalizing the order.
-If you have any questions please contact us before sending payment.
-Please retain your receipt and confirmation # in case any 
problems occur.
 
You may Exchange your item if:
-If we send you the wrong item you may exchange it.
*As long as the package has not been opened.
-Once you open a package or box or remove an items tag it is yours.
-When exchanging an item we require that it be mailed back in the 
same manor & condition that it was sent. 
-We will credit you the return postage.
 
-We also recommend that you insure the item you are sending back
 as items lost in the mail will not be exchanged.
 
If your item is damaged in shipping:
Please contact us immediately.
All items are in new condition unless otherwise noted.
We pride ourselves on selling only high quality merchandise. 
 
For sealed items, that may have missing parts, be defective, etc. 
We cannot help you. As all goods are imported from Japan, 
there are  NO WARRANTIES or Guarantees of any kind.
